We do not make claims we cannot back up. What we can say is this: we work with a small volume of clients, we prepare hair carefully, and we do not waste it.

Hair that is prepared well lasts longer. A wig or set of extensions that lasts two years is better for everyone than one that needs replacing in six months.

We source hair from suppliers we have used and trust. We do not change suppliers for cost alone. Quality and consistency matter more.

We use minimal packaging. Orders are packed securely, but not excessively.

We are a small operation. We cannot match the sustainability programmes of larger companies. What we can do is be honest, work carefully, and not cut corners.
