Do I need a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes. £20 on weekdays, £30 on weekends. The deposit goes toward your service. Without it, the slot is not held.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
4 days' notice is required to reschedule. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations. If you miss your appointment, the slot and deposit are forfeited.
How long does an appointment take?
Braiding takes 3–6 hours depending on the style and length. Wig installations are usually 1–2 hours. Preparation is done beforehand, so the appointment itself is for fitting and finishing.
Can I bring my own hair?
Yes. Drop it off in advance if possible. This gives us time to prepare it properly before your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash only for in-person appointments. Online orders are paid through the checkout.
Can I return hair I have purchased?
Hair that has been prepared, worn, or washed cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Hair is prepared 24–48 hours before dispatch. After that, standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Tracked and next-day options are available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Contact us before ordering to confirm rates and availability for your location.
How do I know which length to order?
See our sizing guide. Curly textures shrink when dry, so they appear shorter than the stated length. When in doubt, go longer.
Will the colour match the photos exactly?
We do our best to photograph colours accurately. Screen calibration varies, and hair colours can look slightly different in person. If colour matching is critical, contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my wig or extensions?
Use sulphate-free products. Wash gently in cool water. Air dry where possible. Avoid excessive heat. With proper care, the hair will last significantly longer.
