Returns & Exchanges
These rules exist because of the nature of the work. Hair is prepared specifically for each client. Read them before purchasing.

Hair that has been prepared cannot be refunded.
Preparation begins 24–48 hours before your appointment or dispatch. Once it starts, the process cannot be reversed and the hair cannot be returned.

If your plans change before preparation begins, contact us.
We will cancel the order and issue a refund where possible. Once preparation has started, this is no longer an option.

If plans change after preparation, the hair can be kept or shipped.
We will hold the hair for your next appointment, or ship it to you directly. You will not lose it.

Deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit confirms your slot. It is not returned for cancellations, regardless of notice given.

Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Hair that has been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. This is a hygiene requirement, not a policy choice.

Exchanges are considered case by case.
If a product arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, contact us within 48 hours. We will find a resolution.
